# Accessing Veeva Connect

Veeva loves to get product enhancement ideas and feedback from users. You can provide feedback through Veeva Connect, which is accessible from inside Vault:

 1. Log into Vault.
 1. From **User Profile** menu in the upper right corner, choose **Help**.
 1. Click the link that appears in the **Share Product Feedback** area.

The first time you access Veeva Connect, you may need to join and agree to the terms of service. If you experience problems, check that third-party cookies are enabled for your browser.
