# Standard Job Definitions & Types

Various features use standard jobs to run recurring processes. Standard jobs typically use a job type that does not support custom job definitions, meaning that you must use the standard job definition. When editing standard job definitions, not all settings are editable.

## Task Reminder Notification

Job Type: Task Reminder Notification

: Sends reminders for automatic workflow task reminders.

## Flash Report

Job Type: Flash Report

: Sends a report with cached results to _Viewers_ and _Editors_ via email.





## Vault Loader

Job Type: Loader: Create[^1]

: Creates new records via Vault Loader.

Job Type: Loader: Upsert[^1]

: Creates and updates new records via Vault Loader.

Job Type: Loader: Update[^1]

: Updates records via Vault Loader.

Job Type: Loader: Delete[^1]

: Deletes records via Vault Loader.

Job Type: Loader: Extract[^1]

: Extracts records via Vault Loader.

## User Exception Cleanup

Job Type: User Exception Cleanup

: Deletes _User Exception Item_ and _User Exception Message_ records that are inactive or older than 180 days.

## Workflow Admin Action

Job Type: Workflow Admin Action: Cancel Workflows[^1]

: Cancels multiple object, document, or multi-document workflows. This job type can only be initiated through the Vault API.



## Bulk Stage File Cleanup

Job Type: Bulk Stage File Cleanup

: Deletes old files from your Vault's file staging at regular intervals.






[^1]: Asynchronous jobs, including all Vault Loader operations, run on an ad hoc basis, not as a scheduled job. They don't appear in **Operations > Job Definitions** but do appear in **Job Status**.
