Enabling Edit Email

BEE is MailUp’s drag-and-drop editor for responsive design emails. With the Edit Email web action, you can use BEE to edit email templates in Vault. Before learning about BEE, you should know how to set up approved emails.

You must add the Edit Email custom user action on any document lifecycle state for the Email Template document type where the action may be available. To enable this action:

1. From the document lifecycle state’s User Actions tab, click Edit.
2. Under Allow the following actions, select Web Action.
3. Select Edit Email.
4. Click Save.
