If your organization wants to whitelist Veeva sites, we recommend doing so by domain:
*.veeva.com*.veevavault.com
For IP addresses, contact Veeva Support.
Note: Beginning in June 2019, we are utilizing additional Veeva IP addresses. If your organization relies on whitelisting by IP address, contact Veeva Support.
FTP Access
For FTP access, your organization’s firewall must have the following TCP Ports open to the Veeva server so that computers on the network can initiate passive FTPES sessions:
- 21
- 56000-56100
Note: If you have remote verification enabled on a proxy or a firewall, FTP traffic from computers on your network to Veeva FTP servers might be refused. If possible, work with your IT department to disable remote verification. If it cannot be disabled, contact Veeva Support.
